Hello!
Welcome to my website, I'm glad you are here! You may have seen me out and about with Shadow (our black Labrador retriever) walking in the early morning hours around our resort.
I love living in Eagle Rock. In 2009, we made the decision to move permanently from Long Island, N.Y. It is one of the best decisions we ever made. Only problem with our re-location was I had to say goodbye to my furry friends that I made while pet sitting in NY.
I've decided I've missed pet sitting too much. I love being able to help people out when they can't take their furry kids with them.
I am an experienced, trusted, and dependable pet care provider. If you are looking for a professional that you can trust and a neighbor who cares about you, your pet, and our wonderful community then contact me for a complimentary meet and greet. I've loved and cared for many breed of dog, as well as pets of various age and size for over 30 years and enjoy every second of it.
I provide loving care in your home while you are on vacation or simply when you are away from the house all day for work, day trips.
Going on vacation and not sure what to do with our furry kids is always stressful. Let's face it, they know when we are leaving and they are stressed out too. Let them stay in the comfort of their own home and I will make sure they are happy and care for them like they are my own pet. I'll visit them and give them love while you are gone.

Meet and Greet
Free meet and greet!
Let's face it we are neighbors and I love to meet new friends! I'll stop by your home to meet you and your pet. We'll get to know each other and your pet can decide if they would like to hire me. During this visit, we can use this time to go over your customized care.
Complimentary Meet & Greet
Typically scheduled on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Dog Walking

Vacation Pet Sitting & Drop In Care
Dog walking consists of a 25-30 minute leisurely walk. The pace is up to your dog. (within reason, running may be out of the question!)

On vacation or away for a day for an extended period of time?
Time to relax - we all need to get away!
Vacation pet sitting in your home. Usually consists of 2-3 visits per day. Each visit is a 25-30 minute visit between the morning hours of 5:30-8:30am, afternoon 12:00-2:00pm and the evening between 5:30-7:30pm.
Lots of lovens, play time, feeding, and walks.
25-30 min: $25.00 per visit per 1 dog or cat
Add $5 for multiple pets
(Cat visits require at least 1 visit per day while you are on vacation. I do not provide every other day visits)

Policies for Cozy Corner at the Resort
In this section, the person or person(s) that owns, provides food, shelter for the pet, and/or booked any service with Cozy Corner at the Resort is referred to as the "Owner" of the pet(s) or home owner.
Owner will hold Pet Sitter harmless, and/or waive liability for damages or charges incurred from any accidental/incidental injury/illness to the Owner's pet which the Pet Sitter is indirectly, nor directly responsible, nor had any control over the prevention or the cause of the injury or illness.
By booking and receiving services provided by the Pet sitter the Owner agrees to all terms outlined and documents signed at time of Meet & Greet/Booking. All services provided include a complimentary Meet & Greet as described below.
All services require payment in full prior to services performed. If full payment is not received prior to the services rendered, services may be limited or not performed.
All dogs must have a collar with identification tags and worn at all times while under the Pet Sitter's care.
Complimentary Meet & Greet
1. For all services, Meet and Greet is required at Owner’s home first, prior to services performed.
2. A complimentary 15 minute dry run can be scheduled, upon request, or at the Pet Sitter's request, prior to the services performed and after services are paid in full.
3. Upon mutual agreement, services are booked.
Dog Walks
Owner is expected to provide the appropriate supplies for their dog(s), such as sturdy, well-fitting and in good condition collars, leashes and/or harnesses to prevent escape/injury during walks. Owner attests/ensures dog is physically able to endure walks for the duration hired, and does not suffer from ailments that are painful or harmful to the dog. Owner is required to inform Pet Sitter of any physical limitations, and Owner will not hold the Pet Sitter liable for any injury/illness resulting from those limitations.
Drop In Care & Vacation Pet Sitting
Owner is responsible to ensure interior and exterior of home is safe and secure to prevent the pet(s) from escaping Owner’s yard or home. Owner is responsible to inform Pet Sitter of pet's habits, such as marking, chewing, nibbling, licking, escaping, etc. Owner will provide clear instructions on feeding amounts and potty schedules. Owner is expected to provide all supplies such as food, treats, food bowls, water bowls, toys, medication, etc. necessary to properly care for pet(s). Owner will provide all cleaning supplies to be used in the home.
***Cancellation Policy:***
Vacation Pet Sitting:
Seven (7) day prior notice of cancellation to the service rendered is required for a full refund.
Six (6) days or less notice prior to the service rendered will result in a refund equal to half of the total rate charged.
No refunds will be issued for returning home early or any cancelation during the actual dates of service.
For Dog Walks & Drop In Visits:
24 hour notice prior to the service rendered.
No refunds for same day cancellations for all services.
All cancellations must be in writing; text and or email. No exceptions.
